Silvia Youssef Hanna has a doctoral degree in School Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She worked in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Virginia, and Arizona before moving to South Carolina, where she worked in academic advising and teaching from the middle school to college level since 2008 serving over 300 students per year. Silvia has a combined 30 years in both academic and clinical settings. She has presented at national and regional conferences on college-related issues such as academic advising, peer leadership, student self-discovery, and stress management techniques. She has experience working with students from all ability levels. Silvia was awarded Academic Advisor of the Year in South Carolina and is looking forward to helping your student improve their academic performance and ultimately finding the best path for them!

Kim has been delivering financial aid services to students and families for over 25 years.  In her last position, which she retired from in 2020, Kim provided expert financial aid counseling to both undergraduate and graduate students at a non-profit organization, AccessLex Institute.  Prior to joining AccessLex, Kim served as the Assistant Director of Financial Aid for Widener University. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Widener University and is an Accredited Financial Counselor, AFC®.
